HK Taekwondo’s adult class offers a full body workout that includes cardio training, stretching and weight training (using body weight or light weights only). Working out with the group, we motivate each other to push beyond the mental and physical limits we once thought of as barriers.
Taekwondo is not your normal boring gym exercise; our program offers something new each class. Students will gain strength and endurance in a fun, social environment.
Students will learn different styles of kicks and perfect them as they go. This is both fun and mentally stimulating. Adults get a great work out and plenty of sweat while learning a great sport. Students start out as white belts and if they would like to earn higher belts may learn their forms to enjoy the whole martial arts experience.
