How nutrition counseling can help your child: Proper nutrition and hydration can help prevent injuries, fuel optimum performance, help with focus, and ensure that each child has enough fuel to train AND grow at at healthy rate. Being a child athlete is not easy! There are many factors that affect how much and what kinds of foods each child needs: how old they are, what stage of development they are in, how much they weigh and how tall they are and what the training day looks like. What students eat before and after training, as well as timing are key elements to consider. Their needs differ day by day. It can be a challenge for parents to keep up with the changes and provide the right nutrition each day. Working with Ronika will provide support in this area, helping to make it as easy as possible to provide the right foods and amounts each day.
Services will be tailored to each individual adult or child’s needs and goals. Some service options include:
